Okay. I have a GC and PSO and am likely to get an(a?) XBox (for other games of course). And I am just wondering. Which version seems to be worse for people hacking and genrally messing up the fun of everyone. I would just like to know to see if it would be worth getting it. (May just get it anyway http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif ) Anyway I'm just curious as to which you people that own both think. And thanks.

The X-box system is a hack city, the Gc also has many hacks and hackers but not as many as X-box.

I thought GC had it worse...well, I can at least tell ya that the only thing ST did for Xbox was problably the Shop-Trick Patch.

Either one has cheats on it, so that shouldn't really be a factor. You should decide on the other factors. IE: GC for content; XBox for communication; etc.

exactly, no one console is "better" then the other, just for some reasons others have pluses to them

it certainly has become that way, as far as cheats go. But other than the live factor (voice vs keyboard)... there are more GC users at this board than Xbox. I've seen Xbox at the trade forums met with silence.. I wish I could trade with them.. but.. GC.

Yup, thats also true. GC has (or had until those quests came out) much more content than Xbox. Plus theres more GC people here then Xbox, but thats because most PSOX people hang out at the official Xbox forums.

Hmm... Guess I didn't phrase it right. Okay what I meant was, when I do in fact get PSOX, what can I expect? I have heard its bad but I just wanted to have a comparison between PSOGC and PSOX. I know that each version has its positives and negatives but I haven't really heard an actual comparison between the two systems as to which one has more jerks/hackers. Sorry that I didn't phrase it right the first time.

IMO, even though i don't play xbox, if you have one version, i don't see a need to buy a second copy of what is basically the same game. but, i see people buying several copies of pso so meh.

What to expect:
1. The routine n00b running around saying he's the greatest HUmar in a million using a J-Sword
2. More hacking possibilities
3. No Multi-equip or duping
4. Legit clans and Blocks
5. Not as many assholes in Ultimate
6. Not very many legitimates
7. Voice chat!
8. 187 will be a number to remember
9. Lots of those anime/video game-themed characters
10.Much much more
