Unless you specify otherwise, Access assumes that the criteria you enter involve equality (exact matches). In the last query, for example, you were requesting those customers whose current due amount was equal to 0 (zero). If you want something other than an exact match, you must enter the appropriate comparison operator. The comparison operators are > (greater then), < (less then), >= (greater then or equal to), <= (less then or equal to), and NOT (not equal to).
