PC: Why Can't I play PSO?

I've downloaded the trial and for about 2 weeks now I've been getting something about ISP settings... Then I read something that some ISP don't work for PSO. Soo how can I play this game without switching ISPs. If not, what ISP can I get to play this?

If you talking about the P.C trail version (PSOver2) then the servers for that are no longer active.
If you talking about the full PC version of PSO that will shutdown at the end of this year.

PSOep1&2 is coming out on P.C sometime next year.

I'm gonna get that version. Is there going to be an HL fee for that too?

i would have thought that there will be a HL fee for the p.c version of PSO, there was for PSOver2 on the P.C, and it was somewhat higher than the console version.
