EP3: Rank = Serversaved?

Just wanted to know if your online rank is saved on the PSO-server. Meaning that even if you have 2 separate memorycards containing PSO Episode 3 characters (though using same serial) all characters on both cards will have same onlinerank. afaik yes, its using the total number of active HLs to determine your rank.

You rank is saved to your Serial # and Access Keys, I believe.

Not sure if I understand your question. But what I meant was that he wont be allowed to play my episode 3 online since he will affect my rank if he does.

Well, as far as we can tell right now, rank is based off of total meseta, which can only go up. So having him play can't hurt. Just make him lose Online levels and give him 2 cards from a draw.
