Anyone else not find Ep3 boring?

Okay I feel like I'm the only one who got bored of this game.

Really, I found it boring on the first day. Sure theres all types of strategy you can devolop but my god its frustrating.

When the matches are coming up to 30 minutes long, I just feel like wipping out my Charge Vulcans and shredding the poor little Ark.

It is because of this I returned back to regular PSO. I suppose that ep3 could be a nice change every other day. At least they aren't seperate HL.

And, is every one a little worried that this games gonna be fucked once it hits *gulp* stateside?

I don't find it boring honestly. I have a good partner I play with regularly, and the matches are new each time. Sure, you may be playing vs the same deck, but no 2 battles will unfold exactly the same.

Offline Free Battle is the same, you never know what you'll find there. Its rare that battles go the full time anymore.

But thats just me. Not everyone will like the same things.

i find the game great fun. i actually play to find new cards, unlike in normal pso where searching for good rares was a bit of a pain in the ass.

i do find it annoying though, that a good wep like a double cannon, wouldnt guarentee you victory. its a better weapon than several sabres and some mechs, but you can still get picked apart by weak weapons. this kinda ruins the whole purpose of finding better weapons to me http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif whereas in normal pso, a better wep makes the games easier for you due to increased damage. obviously its not on the same scale of ep3 though, because your fighting another person. then again, i could set the rules to certain cards, which means you can escape cheap players http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I've yet to find this game boring once. I never took full time on any matches, the longest ever was like 20 minutes in the Morgue matches, for one of 'em. Especially in the early parts of the game, you can fly through the quests in 3-5 minutes.

Finding rares is still neat, but i'd have to agree that it's really annoying that you can have a deck full of R1 cards and get pwned by sabers and handguns, with bad rolls or draws.

So far my only real annoyance with this game is the little girl boss, Volk? As far as I can tell you *NEED* good rolls, draws and a healthy doss of luck to beat her. It seems any time I get any half decent items equipped, she'll either destroy them all in one hit, drop my AT to 0, and/or paralyze me and/or use a Timed Pierce attack to hit me regardless of what I do http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif Using a +5HP defense card proves rather inaffective when she hits you for 9 dmg, and the next turn 10, and so on.... when she's not using a card that gives a bonus to her AT http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I can play this game for like 7-8 hours straight without getting bored , kinda strange though.

I am only finding it boring because there is never anyone to play with.

It get boring SOMETIMES.
-The stages get old really fast
-Only 1 type of new lobby
-Nothing much can be added on unlike Episode 1&2 (quests)
-No new Characters, Classes ect.
-Two different levels Online and Offline
-Nothing to explore
-Few things to unlock

Theres lots more but I still play both PSOs

Sounds like someone has more of a trigger finger than a strategic thought. Do you normally like strategy games? If no than you found the reason why it is boring.

And if you think playing on one level for 30 minutes is boring, dont ever play Final Fantasy Tactics (Advance)

this isnt normally my type of game, but being PSO I had to have it ASAP, and I love it. Its drawn me in just as much as any other PSO...as a matter of fact, Im going to go play soon..

I only find it boring against COM.
And sometimes I'm playing Episode 1&2 and feel very sleepy. Getting stuck with walls, closing the eyes some seconds, dying easily, etc... then I change to Episode 3 and I stay awake all the night until morning and all the time very excited. Once I didn't sleep in 2 days because of Episode 3. First time I do that for a game.

I've done that twice in a row now. Stayed up all night because of making a new deck that was basically unbeatable, then felt compelled to go and thrash people for exp before they figured a way round it. I did not go to sleep for 38 hours at one point.
