Your help knowing the items

I have a question to be had to you all, I have maxed stats to all things and I am also a level 100 Hucast as you can see. Also I have heard many things said like the more luck you have you find better items or the more time you have logged onto the game you get better items. Which is it or is it just pure luck you get items? All I know is I have been finding worse and less stuff, friends have found flamevisit or spread needle or other stuff. I have found doublesaber (still have it if you want to trade) and book of katana 3 and 2 both were nabbed before I could get the item I so killed for. Anyway thats nothing good to me, can someone tell me how to improve my item finding ability.

It's all if ur time is high not luck but u do need alot of luck(not game stat) to find this shit! I haven't found 1 single dam thing dam leprechauns......................

HEY!!! don't put down the Leprechauns!.................anyways.............. ..finding rares is mostly due to Time played, being on line helps (harder enemies) and just being lucky (not the stat)

Luck is a modifier to your chances to score a critical hit with a weapon or technique. If you have a weapon with a % modifier to "Hit" this will affect your Luck score just as a % to ATP affects Attack Power.

The Luck stat has absolutely, positively, undoubtedly, supremely, ZERO affect on your ability to find rare items. None. Absolutely nada. Zilch. Zero.

It is believed that every Section ID has certain modifiers to find certain 'unique' rares. Whether this is true or not, I don't know. To play it safe, simply play ALOT online, and over time you'll play on games hosted by all the section ID's.
