The PSOWCAM... hmm

(ok sorry if theres another post of this i looked and couldnt find one so lock this if there is another) I have heard that the people who run the psowcam havent found enought time to do it. Well if they do want it up again i know a bunch who would do it for the site... If the runner of the sites instrested tell me.

I'm guessing they're OK with what they have, but the key word there is "guessing".

I thought the PSOWcam was a neat concept, but most of the time it just got abused anyway, with people spamming the lobbies with messages to friends or about their own sites/guilds/etc. X_x...

yup it did get abused. but anyhow, it's been down for some time because we;ve been really busy with the ep 3 stuff. but it will be back up again.

Probably better in another block anyway, 9/10 of the time, Ant8 is crowded to all hell.

The thing is, though, it's crowded because it's the PSOW block. The camera is for PSOW, so it would probably be in the PSOW block. o_o

I think it'd be nice in another block as well, but spammers would follow it anyway, so we're sort of stuck regardless of where it ends up.

I wish you could kick people in PSO. ;_;

how about on rigel 7? theres far fewer people to there to spam the camera, and probably less jackasses. it would be a nice change i think. but then again, sometimes theres nobody around. well if antares 8 became to abbrasive, the camera could go to rigel, and if rigel becomes to stale, the camera can hop back to antares http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Well if people know there going to be on the psow cam their prolly going to be a jackass and do dumb stuff... If they were to have the psow cam not named that, but named somethin different (prehaps a normal name you would name a char.) And like at phantasycard... their pso cam isnt just sitting around its more like people who dont have the game yet can watch you do your routine and battle ect. Just an idea dont mind if you use it ^_^

Don't worry we have a lot of ideas for it including tournaments, battles and online events. During the trial, the PSOW cam was on while the person played the game.

I would say definatly change the block for PSOW if need be because i know all of my friends reguse to go to vega at all and especially refuse to go to antares 8 because 9/10 we go there we get corrupted so i think that it is kinda bad if the PSOW bock is corruption city

Well... It WAS always crowded because it was the PSOW block, BUT... The guys that make it annoying for everyone have only really been around since that day Vega went down, and they had to find a new crowded place to spam.

Well thats where the whole idea for the psow cam to keep moving... Ok say that if you were going to play online and you were the psow camera person... You would play and perhaps showoff a little bit while playing somewhere or what not, But if it is just left somewhere people will spam so, thats why it should just always be with some person who actually wants to play the game or chat around the lobbies. It cant spread that your in vega 1-1 in 1 or 2 mins and have spammers come and bug the hell out of you if most of the people right now cant even go to the special ep 3 blocks. And well the japanese players have better stuff to do then BE ON PSOW CAM.
