Not exactly. Android Arkz can use tech cards but only through the creature cards that are on the board in there control. Let's say an Ark Hucast has a creature with 3 TP points on the map, he can then cast foie at his opponent through that creature, although the android himself can not cast the technique.

there isactualy a card that lets androids themselves cast techs. i have about 4 of them, and i gatcha'd them from the lady (behing edit desk) in a normal game. it only gives them +1 TP and it has to be connected to a tech, which will have a tp boost of its own, but until you get a tech card to use, its useless :S

the card aint all that great. its useful, but it needs to be used at the right time and place. you may be better off just using the ap of your char with aother action card. the chances are youll also have somehting on the field with better tp than you, and is there =fore better for casting the tech. the only good thing i could see from this is if you were kinda surrounded and you had a gizonde. doing some rampage damage to their stuff would certainly be a bonus.
