I actually found a lavis cannon in vhard ruins2 last week. This was the first serious piece of rare items I found. Before that the only "rare" stuff I was finding were dragonslayers and varistas. I was beginning to think that these super rares like the ones you mentioned just didn't exist but I was proven wrong.

i'm only level 59, not much further above you.

I was also playing with three other friends so there were tons of monsters and by the time we were done killing the monsters the floor was an item-festival. by the time we cleaned up the ruins we had come out with 3 dozen assorted materials, the lavis cannon, two justy's, and a psycho wand (also a hot item).

Well ive been with a freind whos caught a Neis claw before. But ive caught tons of V-rares, like a Bazooka, Stag Cutlery's, Chainsawd, Mag cell 213, supressed gun and more.

well,ive been following this INCREDIBLE sitefor a week and had to join !!!! As for rares, i found those knuckles in forest one after dropping a booma of all things !!! ive had no problem finding stag cutlery either. They seem to be common.I'm not sure, but maybe its all to do with your luck level. Everythings been rosy since my luck went over level 50. Especially in those ruins on any difficulty.

What Section ID and area did you find the Stag in? Do you remember what monster dropped it? You're just about the only one who can find them a lot, heh.

Actually Mina, the Delsaber's Right Arm or Delsaber's Buster is becoming less rare, since more people are finding them. I've found 6 myself, and gave one of them away.

As far as the list Ice mentioned I've found:
None of them. Heh.

But my FOnewm sure loves finding Club of Lacs and Varistas. He's probably found 20 of each.

doesn't that drive you nuts? I remember when I was new to the game a friend of mine who had been playing for a while gave me a varista to help me out in the higher levels. He went on and on how it's so rare and how so few people have it. Little did I know he was just kidding... Last night while cleaning up the mines and ruins I found 7 of them. I was ready to scream. every time I find something called SPECIAL WEPAPON i get excited thinking it might be something genuinely cool but I'm let down every time.

Hmm, according to one of my friends, the only thing that can actually be found in the US version of the game is the Holy Ray, although lately people have said they've been finding Lavis Cannons, but I' not sure.

But other than the Holy Ray, the weapons listed there can only be gotten through competitions made by Sega, like the one Contest recently held in Japan.

But I could be wrong. *shrug*

At 150+ hours, the best (most rare) stuff I've found is:

Pretty un-impressive, huh? I must be the un-luckiest HUnewearl out there! I have some decent non-rare stuff like GAE BOLG, Varista, etc. but as far as truly rare stuff goes... nada.

My other main char, Plague (lvl 35, about 30-40 hours logged, Redria) has found a Varista and a Suppressed Gun.

the character I was using was HUnewearl lvl 63 Bluefull.

My friend found Heaven's Punisher in hard ruins under the falls... I wouldn't

Last night I was playing with a friend and he dropped two unidentified items for me to take to the tekker, but he said "DO NOT accept when he asks if you believe him!!!". When I tool them there and identified them the first was a Holy Ray w/ 35% dark and the second was a Lavis Cannon!!!

Well... I have found a 1983 Agito on Normal Ruins 3 at level 29 (Shocking ain't it?)... Offline! I also did the Akiko's Frying Pan and Soul Eater Quests so those don't really count. The only rares I have found otherwise are a common Varista with no %s, and a Battle Verge-- both Online.

However... Egg Blaster, Nei's Claw, and Sonic Knuckles cannot be found in the game... they are prizes for Sega Tournaments.
