View Full Version : D.Falz V.Hard is a pain...

I have a lvl 59 RAcaseal who seems to have great difficulty facing off against him, even online. Apparently she has this problem where she takes one hit from a Grants or a simple attack and she's already dead (we're talking D.Falz 3rd form). What LT resistance and what HP should I be at before trying my luck at him again?

Oh, and what weapons should I be looking for as well? I have a Hell Arms and a VIST rifle at this point.

VIST Rifle is just fine, you should be able to dodge alot of Falz' attacks by just moving and shooting him with the VISK when he's close to you (trying to attack you psychically) and keep running while he goes up in the air...

You should have 341 HP at least, more is better.

I use 4 Resist/Holy to take care of the Grants.

Here is a guide (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=948) to help a bit, if needed.

Edit:
Use the Visk, it will do great for this job as Rifles hit her almost anywhere in the last stage, and from great distances in the second form.

butoden, you cant really dodge falz's slash attack.

At that level, RAcaseals have enough HP to do stand up o the Grants. The 4 Resist/Holy would be the best bet.

My HUcast had some trouble with vh falz as well. I had to resort to dropping mates and then dying on purpose. Very Usefull http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

One can sort of "dodge" the blade drain attack (the crushing and very destructive claw swipe of doom) if one is in mid-technique when the blade comes by. This is void for androids who, of course, don't have techniques.

blade drain has fixed damage (it appears as the ATP score in the guide ketchup mentioned). So if your playing Offline 391 HP is sufficient. and about 30 ELT is good enough for the grants. I always found VH DF3 to be easier than H DF3 anyway. Meh.

so if you cast a tech at him right as hes about to slash you, then you dodge it?? cool... i never knew that.

Look dude, Falz is going down after his magic and he lowers his Invincibility shield, he then waits a moment and slashes QUICKLY, he then goes to the opposite part of the room and slashes there as well (or not), then he becomes invincible again!
When he lowers his Invincibility Shield you should get out of his range and shoot before he slaps you. You should dodge such attacks to spare your Resta/Mates for bigger situations such as he copies you in his mouth and you kill the bastard still! And bring lots of DOLLS as well!
