It depends on the type of cheating. I couldn't give less of a crap if people dupe or max their stats, but I have a huge problem with NOL and such.

I could care less if your out there using h4x3d to hell and back items..But I do agree with Aurra, cheats used just to hurt people and their chars..it's just stupid.
