Ok, we need to elect a FKL Congress.

To be fair, we need representatives from each party. I say we go by size, so it would go approximately like this:
A-DTPA: 3
DTPA: 3
Neutral: 2
Duck: 1

The leaders of each party will have to select their representative. Monomate, you are considered to be DTPA.

No one really knows what their powers will be at this point.

Guntz would be represented seeing as he's 2nd in command but he doesn't show up enough so I had to skip him. Khab also does'nt have net access at the time.

Neutral is anyone not listed as a meber of the DTPA or A-DTPA. The Duck party is the newest "faction" of FKL, and is run by Magus-Kyros and Nigel-X.

Hmm, I guess the Neutral will be a problem. Hmm. I guess we will need a poll of the most frequent FKLers that are neutral and the two with the most votes are the representatives. Or you could work it out.

I can point out several occasions where you supported the DTPA, but put this afterwards to make it seem like you were neutral.

i've always been neutral. and i've always advocated neutrality.

remember, i didn't take part in the trial, i only picketed outside. that's the only active support i've given the DTPA.

VPs are the speaker of the house. So you do attend their meetings, but can't vote like they do.

how bout this idea sucks and we scrap it?

i mean really...what is congress good for? basically only for declaring war. Well...since Abdur's law, we can't reallly declare war on anything...ce't for the A-DTPA and the DTPA...and then we wouldn't have a congress...it'd be a Civil War...we'd have at least two congresses...and neither of them would ever get anything done...and we'd have the two dictators (ketchup an Allos) just beating each other down...

so...we screw this congress idea...and...let it be...naked...

i'm not sure exactly sure what Abdur's law is, i missed a lot. Though not having war is pretty much unavoidable, and someone would need to enforce the laws. Make war against the enforcers of Abdur's law is something. Whatever it is you decide to do, just do it. The stuff you put on FK is funny as hell.

i still don't understand how to be a Fresh Killer, i just like to read the stuff posted here for laughs. Do you just post a lot here or something? I'd probably only respond to things about the A-DTPA, DTPA, Neutral, FKL Congress, ect. So that would leave me low on the scale.

From the trial (i actually went back and read what i missed over december) i know some of you have AIM, if not all. You could just war on an AIM chat (or is that yahoo?) and use FK for a peace treaty agreement place and to update others about the war. Take a bit of work on someones part though.
