Lobby Spammers

Ok, I know that these individuals pay for their monthly HL just like I do (unless they're spoiled?...doubt it), which should give them the right to do what they want...

But seriously.

About every major lobby now has a spammer who flashes the same symbol chat over and over again so that he/she can...niner.

I know that half of you reading this are about to type "Just go to a different Lobby".

I know. And I do.

I'm just curious why they would bother. They sit idle for hours on end with childish (not trying to come down as King Mature, here) symbol chats and just generally pissing everyone off.

I would assume they're seeking attention; similiar to the attention someone like SNK seeks. But in the words of Jimmy from South Park:

A) You can do it with a normal controller.

B) For those stupid idiots that don't konw how, there's also those programmable controllers that can keep doing one certain thingy. (used for spamming and recoboxing)

There is one simple reason why they ban items and such, but not players.

I can understand why ST don't want to have moderators on PSO. IF they banned everyone with dupes and hacks they would lose a lot of money, secondly, someone has to spend their time doing that, and that requires payment. Its easy enough for them to simply pay to keep the servers up and running, and let the HL money stream in. Course, it would be good if they would moderate, but it aint gonna happen folks.

I also just hate lobby spamming. It's twice as bad on the Xbox with the stupid voice chat. The lobbies always make me hate my voice chat for a while. Luckily, you can mute people and report them to Xbox live with the Feedback feature. But still! I hate 'em!

Sega dosent need PSO for money.

Look at every other game company, do they all have one online video game where they NEED all our money?

NO YOU DONT. So Sega could get rid of all these little fsckers and be the end of it.

Square,Konami,Capcom,Atlus,Enix,Eidos,SNK and many many more companies dont have Online games (Cept Square-Enix's FFXI) and they are just peachy so whats Segas deal?


We pay for our Hunters license and we get shit for it. We just buy all those other games from other companies and continue to get great stuff from them! It just shows Sega blows in my opinon.

I hate the lobby spammers and the annoying screamers as well, however there are plenty of lobbies out there and I usually just ignore them. They may not go away, but I know I will when I create my team.
