Few questions

Okay i got xbox pso cuz i heard the GC versoin deletes characters after a while and ive only been online since christmas and i was wondering where you guys play what ship and block. my name is Akira(HUcast) and i am looking for a good leveling/questing group that wont leave after 10 minutes to go do something... and that are legit cuz every-other person i see is walking around with a jsword. also 1 more thing what do i need to do to get/find/buy level 30 technique disks? or are they hacked?

You can usually find level 30 disks on every level of ultimate, kinda luck. As for people on the xbox to play with I suggest going to the player match up forum.

I have PSO for the GC now for about 14 months and I have not suffered character deletion, although FSODx does occur in the GC pso community, and it seems to have no remorse for any type of player (legit or dupe/hack/spam/porn/etc) I have heard that sonic team has made progress towards fixing this so called FSODx problem, who knows, I just know that it would be a terrible blow to lose my HUmar, now level 193, after 14 months of hunting.....lets not think about that..

as for the level 30 techs, I find quite a bit with my HUmar (ID Redria) on ultimate (offline/online) but the Redria section ID seems to only have a select number of level 30 techs, or it just maybe that the ones I find are not as rare as some of the other techs...I must have found about 6 Resta, Jellen amd Zalure level 30 techs....lol...maybe level 30 techs are ID specific....anyhoo...Peace love and hair grease!

if anything, its xbox that delete characters, as when the HD goes down, so do your characters...
and you should beat the shit out of whoever told you the gc deletes characters.

o and er...xbox has less poeple, so use the player matchup.

Is anyone there? I'm sorry this might be a bit off topic, but I'm having trouble getting online. I have a hunter's liscense and everything but when i sign onto pso, it displays the minhiro page and then after i press A , it just stops loading and i get a view of the lobby.Does anyone know whats going on? Is it maintainance? or just me?

look down in the bottom left corner, where it says new topic. Click that and you just name it and write what youd like and submit it.

As far as techs go, there has been some posts made in this thread that have stated that one ID gets them over the other, and you can find level 30s in all of ultimate. This is all not true. There are some rumors going around that pinkal finds more tech disks, I however have not experienced this, I have had all 10 IDs, and they have found equal tech disks. Now for the level 30 disk part of this. You can only find certain level 30 tech disks in the later parts of the game, Gal Da Val islands, seabed, mines, and ruins. There is a guide on psow that deals with this, you might want to check there. So in conclusion, IDs finding less tech disks than others is a rumor, and not confirmed, and level 30 tech disks are not found thoughout the ultimate mode, just the latter part.

Someone is attention-starved...
You have to get used to the idea that not everyone can play at the exact same time as you do, and do the exact same things you want to do. People have things to do...places to go...hehe. Even I leave my good PSO friends sometimes to go play something else with some other people, just for a change. Also make sure you're nice and considerate to everyone when you play. If someone enjoyed playing with you once, they more than likely will want to play with you again.

They are not hacked, you just find them through luck...but I'm wondering what your HUcast is going to do with a level 30 tech disk...

okay from what i heard for 3 ppl who play the gamecube is that one day they went to play their character and the data was corrupt for no reason at all they didnt save incorrectly or turn it off during playing and it was corrupt and then a few ppl online said their character got deleted too....i am not making this up and these ppl i have known for a while and wouldnt lie or anything....

and xbox live is way better then typing does GC have a headset yet?

so if the harddrive fails i lose my characters? is there a way to not have it fail or back it up on my computer? and what might cause it to fail?


as for that 1 more thing i must persist is what is a good weapon that steals hp for a hucast so i can beat DF on VH and go to ultimate? i just run out of healing items on the last form b/c he never turns blue in the right spot and a handgun does pitiful damage when he is close

cheap, shitty 3rd party memory cards corrupt data, nt gamecubes. GC never has and probably never will have a headset. which is nice because you dont get hoards of screming kids.

and on the xbox, you could buy a memory card, but you cant back up ur pso data. and i think the xbox HD just dies after a while

to solve your DF problem, drop healing items on the floor of the DF room, then die than pipe back then take him on, your spare healing items will be on the floor.

or research the item database for good items.
