The normal one appears online just like offline. The other two are specific to the tower quests. They are found in the Control Tower itself. So are Del Lilly, Ill Gill and the Tower Quest variant of Delbiter.

not only that but its almost impossible to deal with them alone in ULT. with about every one of them having a deadly kind of attack that kills you.

well if you are a ranger, you can freeze them with Frozen Shooter

LOL, there's tons of other ways to paralize or freeze them!!

yeah, but a RA with FS is by far the easiest. You can stay at the edge of the flowers' range giving time to dodge their spit, and freeze'em from there...

btw If you have PSO plus, you can do the tower quests offline. Those are the places where they are found. So, if you get plus, you can do them offline!

The plant mini-bosses have a special attack that kills you even if you stack up the EDK defense.
Either you paralyze/freeze them or kill them faster than they can do you in.

If you rely on long-distance attacks, just make sure you dodge their 'insta-kill' attacks.

It's a set damage attack. Not a megid instant kill.
