View Full Version : We can war under Abdur's Law, read to find out more

Sord
Jan 7, 2004, 10:14 PM
okay, the law is

Telling people they aren't welcome in Fresh Kills, or aren't worth the time to reply to, will also earn you a warning. The forums are for everyone, not just a single group or member, and they are no ones playgrounds. If you can't play together and by the rules, don't post.

Now various people say that means no war. But from the statement there could still be a war. As long as no one wins once and for all, because then it would be their "playground," and a group would rule. Though from what i've seen the A-DTPA and DTPA fight will only end when it's members decide to get off from PSOW when they decide they don't want on, regardless of what others say, otherwise it will go on. Also if they continue to war within that standard.

To sum it up, war can be fougt if:

1.No one is told to leave fresh kills, but can tell them to do other things, such as burn pants

2.As much as it seems to ruin it, we are "playing together," just in a warlike fashion, but still for fun.

3.According to 1 and 2 FKers are within their rights to war against each other

Anyone want to debate? (i'm bored)

EDIT: grammar

I agree completely, but I must insist that you give me my tonsils back first. I need them for my science project. I could tell you what it is, but then I'd have to kill you.

In other news, my project to create a new form of life from the leftover ham in the back of the fridge is progressing nicely. Yesterday it was moving, today it's sitting in the chair and asking me tedious, boring questions about life, the universe and everything. I've been answering forty-two in hopes that it will ask the ultimate question and the universe will be replaced by something even more bizzare and inexplicable.

I declare war on the sig of the next person to post in this thread. My ham creature will be on your doorstep soon. I've trained it to sell girl scout cookies. Those girl scouts are vicious, y'know.

I'll take some of those chocolate mint ones, their name eludes me. Oh yeah, and the ones with chocolate fudge bottoms with the fudge stripes on top. Girl scouts make big bucks off my family, but 5 kids and 2 adults will do that to ya. As for the ham, i'll just throw it on the grill.

Well...if you want to get real technical it isn't a loophole. The rules say we can't tell people to get off FK, or tell them it's pointless for us to awnser one of their posts.

So if we fought a war over ideals, even ones as stupid as burning pants, and just had it fought on the FK forums, while still leting others put whatever they want up, it's still perfectly within the rules.

A real loophole woud be something like this:

Rules for a bordering school:
1.No tv's aloud in dorm
2.Outside technology is aloud only for educational means

One could say they can have a TV in their room, as long as it is for educational needs. Of course, they would never use it for educational purpose, but that's not the point. The fact is that, that is a true loophole, using one rule to get around another.

Now having a war about ideals and not telling anyone to leave FK or they're not worth their time is legal by Abdur's law, not really a loophole.

As to why i titled this Loopholes in Abdur's Law? is partially because i wanted others to see if they could find anything...but that didn't happen, so i'm changing the name!

Yeah, pop tarts are fatty. -goes and eats more ice cream- What are you looking at?! It's frozen yogurt I tell you!

One day... I decided to take a risk and go through this thing my parents call a "door". It scared me straight. It feels like the freezer, but with mold, and and and this really bright circle that makes me think of an internal light in a game system. And for some really crazy reason... people used the really crappy cars that are real cheap in games like gt3.

I'm gonna go modify my body so I can move around using a joystick.

Ah, but therein lies the problem.
How can your body move the joystick when the joystick moves your body?

And I bet many would just *love* a saving function.

shinto_kuji
Jan 9, 2004, 12:57 AM
Hmm, that does create quite a problem. Maybe I can attach probes to my brain that operate a robotic arm that operates the joystick. I could also put in a jump button, a 3rd person camera, and some fighting move combos. I can tell you right now no one is going to mess with a guy that's operated by a joystick operating robotic arm attached to brain probes. And my 3rd person camera can let me peek around corners MGS style. I shall be the ultimate of life forms.

Sord
Jan 9, 2004, 01:01 AM
and if the joystick cease to work for some reason?

shinto_kuji
Jan 9, 2004, 01:04 AM
Then I use the reset button. That, or I result back to using my primitive bodily functions. But, it would be hard going without being able to peek around corners. Just think of the possibilities...

What if our brains already control a small joystick in some far off locked door we never knew existed. And that is really what controls how our bodies move?

Hey, what's better then dual jostick control?

And I'll be sure to wear some short shorts, even though they tend to ride up.

Besides, with all the robotics on me, I could act/make fun of Steven Hawkings.

You can't do that... He would own you anyway as he has his computer speak for himself, without even typing! Plus he has his own website. However you could always try.

Hm, on the topic of Steven Hawkings... I always believed (and always will) that "Steven Hawkings" is actually that computer. The human body is just Hawking's host so that no one will suspect him. That's why he's always smiling. "Nothing's wrong here folks..."
