HELP_ME

Hi all. I just bought PSO for Gamecube, and was happily playing online for about a week, when suddenly it didn't work anymore: at the screen where normally a message would pop up ("your Hunters license is valid until the 30th of January"), nothing happens at all. Could it be that the servers are offline? I can't check at PlaySega, because i forgot my username. Could it be someone hacked my Hunter's license or something? HELP! Thanks.
