The "bad guys" i dunno how deep it all goes, but basically their against the "Hunters" who work for the Principal on Pioneer 2.
The Arkz themselves work for some weird Japanese Psycho guy who has a bad dress sense, sheesh.
And to sum it all up they dont like eachother much, even though online some of them dont want to fight or want to surrender straight away :S

Following that description looks like Arkz are the guys with logical sense. And hunters the ignorant sheeps that follow orders for money and don't care about anything more.

So our chara in Episode 1&2 if he told his name to Sue it would become an Arkz, if not, he would stay as a Hunter.

I like it this way. But I still have the thought that someone is possessed or affected by some dark being. Like in old Phantasy Star games.
