can sega put new rare weapons into play some how, like through online mode?????

I ve always wondered that myself, i think it could be possible...maybe they would load it into your vmu or the dreamcast's internal memory.

Theoretically, it's possible, but I REALLY don't think they would waste extra unallocated space in the VMU/Internal Memory. It wouldn't be a smart move, and most likely would piss off more people then they would like. Also, items that are just downloaded into ram wouldn't help because they are gone when you turn off the dreamcast.

What WOULD be alright, and pretty cool, is AREAS that are downloaded into memory. Sure, you couldn't play them offline, but that doesn't lead to any inconsistencies (just like the online quests)
