It's mostly seen as a magnet for flaming and flamebaiting is the reason why these sorts of topics get the clink.

These always turn into a breeding ground for flames, even when they start as jokes. The thread he copied this one from is a prime example.

Future reference- don't make "blah blah blah stupidest/most hated/most anoying/most retarded PSOW member" threads, even in joking. Warning are handed out for making them.

And for all super smart people who just got the idea to do the extreme opposite; "greatest/most loved/bestest ever member" threads: Don't, it will turn into the same thing.
