Login...? What the heck?!

Okay recently, every time I refresh a page or change pages here at PSOW, a stupid login window appears. What is this? It gives some IP address and appears to be the standard Windows security login thing. What is this? It is only happening here though. I go to a different site and it's gone. Does anyone else have this happening to them?

This is strange indeed... It just kind of happens randomly, not on all pages all the time. Just after a long period without refreshing. It's getting rather annoying.

I don't know about posting the IP though as I don't have a clue where it leads or anything. But I am curious as to if it is the same IP for everyone
