S-Rank Cards

In terms of rarity, how rare is it to get an S-Rank card?

I play offline only for the moment (waiting for CC to get my JP HL) and I have about 80hrs in there, with something like 180 wins, but i'd say in general, I don't have very many good rares, just decent. I'm currently CLV 33 offline. Is there a certain CLV you have to be before S rank cards become available? Does playing online allow you access to other cards?

Not a lv but i can tell you
after lv 30 you can have more R cards
after 50 you can have more S rank cards

Yesterday (after a 3 day break and dropping 150 places in the rankin http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif ) I got my first S-Rank card in the first game I played online (haven't touch offline yet lol). It was a Frozen Shooter and got it when I was lv26 and had about 230-240 wins on my name. And if anybody keeps records of the next: I got it from the 3rd (green) deck. So I quess after CLv20 or 25 you will see your first S-Rank card.
