These are abbreviations for names of days used in japan, and in some cases are actually approximations of the same words we use:

Monday: Getsuyoubi (Moon day)
Tuesday: Kayoubi (Fire day)
Wednesday: Suiyoubi (Water day)
Thursday: Mokuyoubi (Wood day)
Friday: Kinyoubi (Gold day)
Saturday: Doyoubi (Earth day)
Sunday: Nichiyoubi (Sun day)
