Where is my Serial Number and stuff to enter to get online? Where do I find them?

Hey man could you help me? I put in the serial and stuff on that page and it says my Hunters Liscense isnt set to that access code or whatever. I have a HL for Ep 1 and 2 and I can use that right? If so how can I make it so Ep 3 uses that one. Thanks a lot man.
