Story Mode Question

I got to this one quest where its all in Japanese and it wont let me select a deck to use. It says they are already dispatched. How do I procde in the game?

You'll have to use a certain character to do that one quest.

If it's early on in the game, and you're playing Hunterside, the quest is probably one you have to use Guykild for (The burly Humanoid ranger), later on I know there's one you have to use Glustar for. I don't always talk to everyone to get all the extra quests, so i'm pretty sure if you haven't had this problem before, you need to use Guykild.
