New E card from Famitsu Cup - Famitsu/Game magazine

I got this card from the offline Famitsu cup.

To play famitsu cup, go online and before entering a ship, select "Download" and a memory card to download quest to. Then enter a ship, and quit the game. Go to offline single battle mode, and select quests. Famitsu Cup is at the bottom. After you complete the quest, you should get this card (note, I got an S rank, so I don't know if this is required for the card).
