35 + (Attack Damage - Damage Taken) + (Max Card Combo x 3) - (Story Character Damage x 1.8) - (Turns x 2.7) + (Action Card Negated Damage x 0.8)

The number that results is checked against this chart
0-14 E
15-24 D
25-29 D+
30-39 C
40-49 C+
50-59 B
60-64 B+
65-74 A
75-84 A+
85+ S

You're right, it was. That's what I get for not checking the boards first. To my credit however, that post isn't exactly sitting anywhere near a readable quick and easy check for my monitor. /Edit Never mind, looks like mine was useful after all. The last step in that other post says Action cards used, when it should be damage defended using action cards. Quite a bit of difference there.

How is that possible? you mean you have to do 85 dmg to get S rank at all? I have gotten S rank by doing only 6 damage and 20 damage.....

It's perfectly possible. What was your max combo, how many turns? Did they use action cards, how much damage would they have done?
If you didn't recieve any damage, then that's 26 points already (6,20) that you have towards an S rank.

well if i remember right....my max combo was 6...they didnt use action card....they did 0 damage on me....heh

I made decks already that get S 90% of the time.

I didn't work out the stat involved. Sometimes I think my brain had it down, because I could usually guess what the rank would be without thinking. Jeez I'm a fricking robot.

Ok so ranks determine how many cards you get right. Lets make a list of how many you get for each rank also and maybe he can add it to the top. Im not positive on all right now so feel free to add on.

D: 5
C: 6
B: 7
A: 8
S: ?

Im not sure about ?+ either. Please add on.

The number of cards depends on the mode and something more. Sometimes in Online mode I get different number of cards with same rank. Not sure what determines it.
