GC-Item: adding %??

Hi!!
my question is vey simple:
is there any way to add % to a weapon once you've tekked it?? i'm a bit tired to see my rare items with 0% against all the ennemies...Thanks for your help!!

Yes after providing the info from West Tower to Paganini you can add 5% for 20 photon drops and 30% for 99 photon drops if I'm not wrong

99 Photon Drops= 1 Photon Sphere.

1 Sphere- 30%
20 Drops- 5%

Method- Look for a God/Battle from Redria Hildelts. I found 4 of them from Hildelts, each was less annoying than the one before it (when it did drop, I was expecting it to be a Photon Drop).

The rappy trick is cool but i must have no luck as i've done it for a couple of hours and get only one Photon Drop...http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
Until now,i've often get one by killing claws in ruins v hard wilth my pinkal fomar...
Someone was mentionning that redria can easily get god battle.is there any way (except trading and cheating) to get easily that item if you're not redria??
