Posted in Japanese today to Sega's support BBS:

Red slimes are too strong.

I'm begging a favour here, but can anything be done? The fact is, if a player has a deck with 3 red slimes, it's particularly easy to win.

I'm sorry, but it had to be said. I lost in the final yesterday to slimes, but this isn't jealousy. In December, I too had this kind of idea, and made a red slime deck. When I played with friends, I had a lot of wins (I'm talking 90% wins). As my friends really hated my deck, I promised not to use it again. But lots of people still use it, so when I see it I decide, "It's already hopeless". For this reason, I usually only play with friends. It's a sad story.

There is a card that can seal the slimes (territory), but as that card is an Assist card, I couldn't do anything in the final. At that time I was thinking, "Ah, would it be better to have used this deck too?", but as I wanted to meet new friends, I decided against my own red slime deck.

Can anything be done? Thank you for remaking the Escape and Support cards, but I think there are still cards that are too strong.

Saw your other post on the matter, and I had thought of another way that the Pouilly Slime deck could be stopped, or at least made within the bounds of some taste..

Add an Every Turn Damage ability to the thing, 2 like the Dark Gunner would cause people to think twice about using this deck so often. If this were done the two Pouillys would be used for kamikaze'ing, since you wouldn't last long with 4 damage a turn being dealt to you.

As for the Monest, yes, no movement would help.. Why the heck can it move anyway?

Next one I'm looking at down the road is the Sinow Beat +... Has clone as well, and is decently powerful, AND is only 3 cost, so other cards can be otssed into the mix, like two mothmants for blockers. Of course, being an SS card, it'll be a while before this deck would exist, but it is something to look at.

That's a good post, I really hope they listen to it.

I have been closely monitoring the ep 3 stuff that goes on, while I wait for it to be released in the states. Because I really like PSO, I want this game to be good too. Also, I am a Battler on Ep1+2, and also was on DCPSO, but as many people realize that system is not that fair. I was looking foreward to PSO E3 as being a more thoughtfull and fair-er place to fight and team with others.

I keep worrying when I hear from you and others about sertain 'gimmicky' decks, and horrible irritating people who somehow manage to triumph over good thoughtful ones. However, there's hope because in this game, it seems ST has the ability to FIX things, and apparently do. But to bring things to their attention, it takes people who can speak JP (like you do) to get the ball rolling with thoughtful posts where they can see them. I hope they listen to you, and make the game a better place.

The thing is that they actually usually listen to people in the JP BBS.

Wish they did that in the US "BBS".

I shouldn't think they'd want to, in amongst all the "LOL GIB ME DUP TIRCK" and "OMFG HWO LIEKS YUOGIH?>/1?1/" messages.

Look how weird and totally unlike me my writing style becomes when I write in Japanese and translate it directly back to English. It's so funny.

Anyway, somebody responded (not sega staff, sadly) and agreed with me. They say remove one of the specials on the card.

I think they can only change cost of cards and hp tp ao mv not card ability.

Another good idea from a poster:

Make Pouilly an S rank card, then have certain tournament rules banning S ranks, so you could just go to those tourneys as a haven from red slime.

Stunning, if it's in any way possible.
