You need too many permits. Its better off just to dump it somewhere, like the Midwest.

I could use it as a Rave house for the A-DTPA's Rave parties, so that I don't have to constantly pick up my own house after the raves.

That's if i'm using chemicals, and if i haven't sealed the bomb in a 100% vacuumed container. Cost a lot, but it does the trick. Cause smell can't go through a vacuum.
