You can look card database under this site.
Most of cards you wrote cant be obtained now on episode 3 but sure can be obtained in future like a event cards (quest etc..)

Better question... are there item and monster cards you can obtain that DON'T have equivalents in Episode I & II? As in, completely new and stuff? Like that Billy Hatcher thing?

Other than Del, there are no new items or enemies that aren't already in Ep 1 and 2, unless you count the Dreamaga Game Magazine and the Famitsu Game Magazine as new items.

hmm but a few more questions
what kind of card is hildetorr? SS ?and at which clv can i get it?

and i also heard there a grants and megid cards but i never seen ppl using it..does this cards exists?
and what kind of card is billy hatcher(or something)?

any idea when the halo rappy download quest comes online?

Hildetorr isn't an available card. If anything, its E rank, and available in the future. Until/if it comes out, we don't know of it's stats or description.

As for the Halo Rappy, there are two, the + Version, available normally (SS), or the E rankfrom the Ep 3 Trial.

i think they need to have these to make up for the number of weapons not readily available in the game. things like the demolition comet, twin brand, countles sheilds and mags, more weapons, etc, etc.
i hope there are things like the demo comet in the game, because it looks so good, and was a trusty weapon on ep1&2, ah and dont forget the soul banish among other things. lets just say guntz wasnt happy :S
