How do you download a quest??????????????

I need help, i play a downloaded quest online, and those were great but how the heck do you get to play them offline? I really have been looking for answers to this but i cant find any, help! Also whats up with this easter quest? How and where do you get it?

you have to find a website with the downlaod quest. some require you to turn the language in japanese. post a topic on www.gamefaqs.com people will probably give you a link. and you have to be on your dreamcast to download the quest.
