Excavation reports

Where on the site can i find information on how to table an excavation report, i am thinking about doing one as i dont go online anymore (don't trust that double save) and it would heighten my enjoyment of the game while helping out others. Thanks for the info and i apoligise if i created this topic in the wrong section.

It lists there how to set them up, or you can download the format from that. I think the Excel one doesn't work though.
