Please do refrain from using words such as 'gay' in a sentence like that. Not that I'm a mod or anything, but to essentially quote one, it makes you look like a moron.

Anyway, I think those dates for the new quests were a rumor - though i haven't checked up on PSOX to see if they are indeed online. However, in the last couple of months, the 15th of each month seems to be the date quests get added.

All quests and online content has to be certified by Microsoft before it goes online, so blame them, not Sonic Team.
