What is up with all the FSOD

This is becoming bull shit I have had 4 people in the last weak lose all there thins!!!! Now I have lost every thing on one of my cards. And being legit it is devastating. I have lost thing like God Bodys,& battle, Even a Ray gun with hell that had 50 dark and 90 hit. This double save is a bunch of bull shit and needs to go.
Is it just me or is it happening more lately? I lost 4 careters this time even lost 3 S-ranks I spent a lot of time getting and all the grinders I put into them or the PD spent on them. And this is not the first time. I have had FSOD 7 time this Month already.
Is it happening to lot of you also?

Are these in-game FSODs?

Clean your game disc and clean out your Cube's fan grate and disc trays. Make sure you Cube is getting good ventilation. The cause might not be PSO.
