No, no, and no.

Unless you want dupes, which you can find easily. If you really want an S-Rank, find a team, or join a C-Mode Clan and get one yourself. You'll feel better afterwards.

Haha, the only one of those three that actually exist is the Wand. The others do not exist on the GC version. If there are some circulating around, they are hacked.
