I'm doing

3 sets 6 reps incline bench curls

5 set 10 reps barbbell curls

3 set 8 rep preacher curls

I do 3 sets of 10 on the bench with 145lbs

3 sets of 10 curls with 45lbs..

and 3 sets of 10 leg machines, front and back thigh.

I do 40 crunches and 30 leg lifts...

after that I take a two minute break.. then do it all again.. then a 3 minute break,, then do it a third time..
------
then I go the the track and run 2 1/2 to 3 miles...

I do this everday Sun-Thursday,, I cant do it Friday cause I have to go home,, and Saturday is my day off..

and that fight club bullshit is just something said bye the lazy who dont have the will to self improve..
