Ness has been using the 6 .s as his trademark and in his sig for over 6 months. He kills anyone who uses 6 .s without quoting him. Same goes for using the
Look of Shame by Kafka.

And Kef(ka)- Change it back to the full Kefka, or else...

He doesn't care if it is only 3 .s (or any number besides 6 actually). The 3 .s and 3 ?s are for all to use, other numbers (besides one) can be selected by someone to be thier number (so, anyone want 2 or 4?).
