No, Paypal Verified means that you can pay themn using Paypal. Paypal doesn't charge anyone, it's just a popular method used by websites to recieve money.

I just started using PayPal... It allowed me to become a member of TxGaming, I'd say it's pretty good.

... and good for eBay as well, as most sellers tend to accept PayPal.

It's quicker than most credit cards, checks, etc,

O.K. then Heil PayPal.

So it would replace those long and dumb checking account transactions. I need to look up on more of this... I have PayPal but didn't bother to let others/myself know more about it.
