To be honest, he is n walmart alot.. well,, at least he was.
I hear he got into a feud with the Ginger bread man inbetween aiering of those christmas commercial... Something involving some property and a remote control car..

Any who.. The smiley face guy, is banned from entering wal-marts in 48 states(As for the other two he can shop in all Wal-marts in Montana and Alaska isnt a state)..

This feud has been going on since December.. Wal-mart has been doing a good job keeping the situation pretty mutch under raps.. But on the up side I hear its on the verge of a resolution..
The smiley face guy(May be his real name), should return to work soon.
Either that or Wal-mart will consider makeing Joe Camel(Who is currently unemployed and has been making apperances in VH1 remember the 80's episodes) their new spokes person.. or so I've heard..
