I know you are banned, but I just have to say that it was decided a while ago that there is a difference between Newbs and n00bs.

n00b- the annoying people that won't get any better at whatever they are doing (such as starting off this game with hacked items and maxed stats).
newb- New to whatever, but has the potential to be good, just give them time.

Broomop,at least the REAL Broomop,never played PSOGC on Vega.One time he did,but only on 1 day on his friends GC.
