I can't get online because two assholes with a book in front of them on how to install Digital Cable knows nothing of Online Gaming!

I got it from mine. But yea, that sucks if they can't provide you with all of the information they set up for you themselves.

I dont have much of a problem with my Comcast...but it lags alot on Xbox Live at times...and its unstable at times also...
