A Theory...

Well I was playing with my low level character with a friend and a couple of level 90s join our game. They start bullshitting and acting like they were gods. Could count how many times they use the word "lol". This isn't the first time I've notice this, it seem to be a pattern with high level characters.

So my theory is that the higher level you are, the more of an asshole you become.

Just a theory.

That used to happen to me, a long time ago when I was low lvl. I think that some high level people are jerks like that, but you gotta remember, so are the low levels. They're just jerks in the lobby. The higher level breed of jerk gets bored with the lobby, and decides to mess with other peoples' games. I'm at level 76, which is fairly high, and I'm never an asshole. Though I never was. However, I play with lots of other higher level people and lower level people. And the level really doesn't make that much of a difference.

No, I think you have to be a jerk to begin with. The difference is that a jerk playing a low level character is too cowardly to act like he's all that. A jerk playing a high level character, OTOH, is full of himself.

Hmm.. sounds familiar, rofl. The thing that is funny about it is that, these high levels assume that we low levels are "truly" starting out for the first time, unknowingly though, we are on our 4th character, having previously taken 3 to level 100 already, and basically played this game to death.

Its better to stick with similar leveled players, unless, your helping a friend level his brand spankin' new character to a higher level. And I counted about 50 "lol"s until I left, god knows how many more there were after that. LOL. Ooops.

this reminds me of something maybe 3 months ago when i had the game for a mere three days or so..

these two guys level 50+ come in and my friend and i are about level 15 doing the normal forest..

well.. thats when double sabers were all the rage and they both pull one out and start killing everything really quickly, usually with one hit

they are cocky as hell, saying stuff like.. why do we even play with mere mortals...

my friend and i just left them in there.. thus began the era of the private game for me

As everyone has said, it really doesn't matter the lvl. People are jerks low and high. Now that I think about it lol=laugh out loud...why would you laugh out loud when no one is around you...hmmm i have no idea...brain damaged children maybe. =)
