No, he did. eRUPT needs to remove the damn BBcode here you only have to have 'www.'and ".com" to put a link.

I didn't see the post, but Outrider might have SUGGESTED doing it, or posted something that made Dime do it, but Dime was fully aware of what he was doing.

And hell, he got banned on this 5th warning. So, technically he should have been banned earlier by two warnings. So it isn't Outrider's fault.

It doesn't matter if it's an actual link you can click, or a partial address with just the .com on the end, it was a link to an actual site that goes against the rules. Isn't it obvious that it would still be a bannable offense? Duh?
