Lookinf for a Dark Flow with 100% hitm and as many other 100

Hi

I'm looking for a Dark Flow, (preferably Unground) with a hit of 100% and any other efficiency that can be provided, I plan to grind it to max personally and us my Photon Spheres to bring all of the efficiencys to max, so that I may have the ultimate weapon!

I mean, a guy online already was friendly enough to give me a Dark Flow with 90% to hit!

I'm amazed at how generous everyone online is!

I thought this kind of stuff was rare!

I belive you cannot grind the dark flow my good man.
Also to add onto that, even if it has a hit% you can only add percentages to two more attributes (not including hit) and that'll leave with one of the worst weapons ever, still.

No Combos. Bad special; who wants to drain more HP when you are already below 1/10th?

Not to mention that all Dark weapons and the Paracitic Gene: Flow are hacked and duped.
