As the Prince has stated, simply memorize your place in the hiarchy. The Prince is the only person with the authority to move you up or down on the chart, so being in his good graces or doing something extrodinary is a plus (ie: saving his life http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif).

The only other requirement is that you come up with one or two creative new ways to torture the peasants. We like to keep it interresting around here. Any questions, please feel free to ask myself or the Prince.
