Meh, it depends on what you like.
I&II is still the traditional real time action.
EpIII is turn based and the p[ower lies in little cards.
I still like I&II, (even though I have III)
Oh, and III has Sil'fer. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I'll still be playing more Ep I&II. Ep III is a curiousity for me, and I'll be getting it, but PSO's original conception and battle system is really what I like the most.

^ same here.
i find there's too many immature people on Ep I & II, at least if that caries over to III (which i think there will be a bit less of that kind, since it requires thinking), i'll be mopping the floor with them. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
'course, i haven't played PSO I&II since i lent it to a friend half a year ago, so i may play a bit of good ol' Genocide of the Beasts. but Ep III story comes first. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
