No no no, this is what is most painful:

First you pass a stone and blood gushes out. You freak out and go to hospital.

Then the doctor says, "well since you are here, we will circumcise you, but we ran out of anestesia " (spelling)... 20 minutes of extreme pain, you pass out.

When you wake up, your "buddy" is all swollen and purple and bloody with over thirty stitches.

And then walks in a nurse, or so you think. But, its Cher thinking you are one of her fans. And you are too weak to get away and you cant feel your legs... and she is about to show you her "appreciation" of been her number one fan... and she comes closer to you and begins to err, you know.

At this your stupid "buddy" doesnt care and reacts on instinct, you are crying at this point, because everys single stitch on "it" begins to pop out, and again you pass out from sheer pain...

err, not this ever will really happen... but man it would suck to be in that predicament.
