This award is given if I am impressed by something that I see, with the known experience of the artist taken into effect. I will note, however, that not all works that deserve this Seal of Approval recieve it on the account that I am often too lazy to dig up the URL and post it.

This seal is also applied to fanfics that I consider to be compatible with The Recollection Saga. If it is applied to any other fanfic, then it is because it just blew me away for one reason or another.
