What level are you at?

Can you level up in this game to become stronger, or are the cards the only whay to get stronger?

Leveling up just increases the chances of getting rarer cards. You have an Offline level as well as an Online level. Some cards are specific to each type of gameplay; offline, online, story and multi.

Trying to play offline mostly since that is where most of the exclusive cards seem to be found. Heck, online only has *one* exclusive card to be found really, which is kind of sad...

I lost a few matches already, but I haven't leveled down yet. What's the cause for leveling down? Just losing.

My rank would probably be around a 'B'. I only got 1 'S' so far and that's when that long, LONG battle against two arks in the Morgue (first battle). Glustar was my partner versus Memoru and Creinu, I think.

It seems like you only lose exp if you lose a card battle to someone a few levels below you, or something along those lines. Most I've lost is 10 exp, so I don't think it drops much more than that.

If you go down past 0, you leveldown.
So, if you are level 17 with 5/100 exp and lose 10 exp, you level down to level 16 with 95/100 exp.
